AI absorbs the simple tasks in contact centers and leaves agents the hardest cases
In some contact centers technology already resolves 70% of interactions and only 30% reaches a person, a split that, according to the text, leaves humans with the most complex and emotionally charged cases. ArvatoConnect targets that model with AI voice agents for routine work and advisors for disputes and vulnerable customers. A MaxContact report says more than half of contact center managers report higher workloads for their agents, versus around 40% in 2024.
