TransMilenio has installed the Smart Door Management and Monitoring System (SIGMP) at 49 stations in Bogotá. Each door works as a connected device that records openings, lockouts, closures and power interruptions and sends that data to the Management Center, allowing anomalies to be detected without constant on-site inspections.
