Carlos Daniel Flórez Pacheco, a tenth-semester Systems Engineering student at the Universidad de Córdoba, developed a web platform that combines artificial intelligence and gamification to measure learning in higher education. Bogotá's C4 guided the capture of an alleged thief in TransMilenio using video surveillance
Bogotá's District Secretariat of Security reported a case in which operators of the Command, Control, Communications and Computing Center (C4) tracked a man accused of theft fleeing along Calle 26 via video surveillance, while a TransMilenio officer pursued him on the ground. San Nicolás school in Pereira to be rebuilt with seismic isolator
The San Nicolás educational institution in Pereira will be rebuilt with anti-seismic technology after the damage caused by the earthquake, with an investment of between COP 22,000 million and COP 23,000 million, according to Daniel Perea, vice president of Terpel. Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG) opened enrollment for its new Master's in Artificial Intelligence, which will begin classes in January 2027. Technology monitoring cut speeding events by 90% in an operation with 1,420 drivers
