Viral video of a baby with a mustache was altered with artificial intelligence
A video of a newborn with a dark mustache went viral on social media and raised doubts about its authenticity. According to information published by La Kalle, the recording is based on images of a birth that were altered with digital tools: an artificial intelligence filter overlays the facial hair and adjusts it to the baby's face. Blinking, the mustache shifting when the face moves, and the overly uniform texture and lighting of the hair are signs of the manipulation.
