Operating as a streamlined pure-play financial holding under Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia (SFC) oversight, Grupo Sura (BVC: GRUPOSURA / PFGRUPSURA) boosted its LTM adjusted ROE to 16.5%, delivered COP 1.7 trillion in H1 2026 controlling net income (+37.7% YoY), and hiked its dividend 33.3%.

Following its structural simplification on the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC / nuam exchange), Grupo Sura is tracking toward full-year 2026 net profit guidance of COP 2.5 trillion to COP 2.7 trillion.
